                When people search for job, some of them look for how much the job will pay for them whatever it is; in contrast, others look for job that is fulfilling and fun. Studies show that jobs which have high pay usually is not fulfilling and fun, but studies also show that people who have that job usually like what are they doing even if it is hard. So, when I look for job, I try to find job that have high pay. One reason why I do that is that money is motivation. If someone wants to have successful life, he or she should to do many things like have a job but not any job. The job should have a high pay in order to be motivated to success. For instance, you will need money if you want to have fun with your family, or if you want to have a nice house. And these things depend on how much money you do have. In deed, I encourage anyone who looking for a job to study the advantages and disadvantages of having this job, and what the effects that may happen when you have this job; in addition, you should know how much money that will be enough and make you feel happy.
